Jennifer Lee is the Academy Award®-winning writer of Walt Disney Animation Studio’s Frozen, the #1 animated film of all time, which she also directed with Chris Buck. For her work on Frozen, Lee received numerous awards including a Golden Globe, a Critics Choice Award, a BAFTA Award and an Academy Award. Her Disney Animation career began as co-writer of the Oscar®-nominated Wreck-It Ralph. In June 2018, Lee became Disney’s Animation’s chief creative officer, overseeing all feature-length, short form and streaming content created at the Studio. Lee recently completed her work as the director (with Chris Buck) and writer of Disney Animation’s Frozen 2.
