Frequently Asked Questions

Ticketing Questions

How much do tickets cost? What is the performance schedule?

Ticket prices for FROZEN vary by seating location, performance date, and time. For performance schedules, pricing, and links to official ticketing sites, visit our Tickets page.

What are Verified Resale Tickets by Ticketmaster?

Verified Resale Tickets by Ticketmaster (TM+) are seats sold and priced by other guests and verified by Ticketmaster for performances, many of which are already sold out. The benefits of Verified Resale Tickets by Ticketmaster include:

  • GUARANTEED: Ticketmaster Verified Resale tickets  are 100% verified and reissued in your name so that they can’t be counterfeited. No other website can do that even when they offer a money back guarantee.
  • SAVE TIME: All your options are in one spot – compare seats without having to leave the Ticketmaster site.
  • GUEST SERVICE: Need help at the venue? Our Box Office and Front of House staff will be expecting you, and they will be able to help you with any issues you may encounter. Guests purchasing non-verified tickets are not the purchaser of record, so we may not be able to assist them, and they may be refused entry and/or be holding fraudulent tickets.
  • CHANGE OF PLANS? When you buy your tickets via Ticketmaster – either Standard Admission or Verified Resale – you can transfer your tickets to a friend and/or post them for resale yourself.
What is the best way to get tickets?

You may purchase tickets to FROZEN at the box office, online, or by phone. Visit our Tickets page for more information. We urge guests to purchase tickets through an official ticketing source to avoid the risk of invalid tickets or fraud.
