FROZEN is a full-length Broadway musical running over 2 hours. FROZEN on Broadway is intended for ages 8+ and is not recommended for anyone under the age of 4. If you have already purchased a ticket for a child under 4, please contact Disney Theatrical Guest Services. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

In New York City, patrons who use a wheelchair are permitted to purchase one additional ticket for his or her companion. Wheelchair seating is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the theatre box office, by calling the Disney on Broadway hotline at 866-870-2717, or by purchasing through Ticketmaster. To purchase online, select the performance of choice and click the wheelchair button in the center of the page, above the map of the St. James Theatre. This dropdown will point out on the map where the wheelchair accessible, semi-ambulatory, deaf/hard of hearing/blind/low vision preferred seats, and companion seats are located in the theatre. Yes. Audien® – Audio Translation is a state of the art service that provides multilingual, scene-by-scene commentary of the performance. Audien® – Audio Translation is not a word-for-word translation of the show. Instead, the system gives the guest detailed plot information in his or her chosen language, enabling him or her to follow the action of the show. Audien® – Audio Translation is available at the kiosk in the main lobby for a rental fee of $10.00 per unit. Commentary is available in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish and Portuguese.
Student Rush tickets are not currently available for FROZEN.

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned throughout the year.
For many guests, part of the fun of going to a Broadway show is meeting members of the cast at the Stage Door. Following the performance, some actors from FROZEN may be available to sign autographs and sometimes even pose for photos. Ask an usher for directions to the Stage Door.
