Many Broadway performances sell out. We encourage guests to purchase tickets in advance to ensure the best seating locations; however, seats remain on sale until performance time, based on availability.

Is it possible to exchange my tickets?

How do I buy group tickets? Are there special discounts or benefits for groups? What is the minimum amount of seats to qualify for a group?

Discover the benefits of group tickets by visiting Disney Theatrical Sales or calling 800-439-9000 (Toll-free in the USA) or +1-212-703-1040 (Outside of the USA) weekdays from 9AM until 6PM EST. For FROZEN in New York City, the group minimum is 20 seats. Visit Disney Theatrical Sales for details.

In New York City, patrons who use a wheelchair are permitted to purchase one additional ticket for his or her companion. Wheelchair seating is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the theatre box office, by calling the Disney on Broadway hotline at 866-870-2717, or by purchasing through Ticketmaster. To purchase online, select the performance of choice and click the wheelchair button in the center of the page, above the map of the St. James Theatre. This dropdown will point out on the map where the wheelchair accessible, semi-ambulatory, deaf/hard of hearing/blind/low vision preferred seats, and companion seats are located in the theatre. This historical theatre does not have an elevator. For more information, please click here.
